Agreement to Terms

Our Services
Kingdom Vision Agency provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Branding and logo design
- SEO and digital marketing
- Social media strategy and management
- AI automation and business consulting
- Domain registration and email setup assistance
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services
- Use our services to transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Project Agreements
Proposals and Contracts
All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. A signed contract or written agreement is required before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require:
- 50% deposit before work begins
- Remaining balance upon project completion
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content
You retain all rights to content you provide to us (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of completing your project.
Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our Property
All rights to our processes, methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools remain our property.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- Specific business results or outcomes from our services
- Search engine rankings or traffic increases
- Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or platforms
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites we create
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Vision Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation and Refunds
Client Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Our Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abusive behavior.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
We will keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information you share with us during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Vision Agency from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
